Juan Antonio is going to Stockholm for Easter

I’m visiting Stockholm during Holy Week, from 5^th to 11^th of April. I’m travelling with my wife and my daughter. We won’t need any vaccinations and the travel document we’ll need is our passport or DNI. We’ll need to change money, because in Sweden they use Swedish Krona and not Euros.

     We don’t like to programme all our visits on our journeys, we’re going to book the flights, hotel and some visits in the city. We’re going to fly with Ryanair because it’s the cheapest company I found. In Stockholm we’re booking into the Scandic Anglais Stockholm Hotel, one of Stockholm's most well-known hotels, right in the heart of the city.

     We’ll visit Stockholm’s archipelago, Gamla Stan, the City Hall, the Vasa Museum, the Royal Palace and Drottningholm Palace. I don’t know when we’re going to visit this places and if we’ll visit all of them, because we like to improvise. We´ll try to reserve at the Den Gyldene Freden restaurant (Golden Peace), a classic restaurant in a medieval basement in the Old Town. This restaurant is very related to the Swedish Academy, which selects the Nobel Prize for literature.

     I hope the clothes that we are going to take will be enough because Stockholm’s weather is very cold and we don’t want to bring ourselves back a cold as a souvenir.
